Who runs this website
chorveritas.pl is run by Mateusz Hawer (HawerGroup), Nowosielce 560A, 37-200 Przeworsk, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 7941648240, e-mail info@hawergroup.com — on behalf of and with the consent of the Veritas Choir of Nowosielce, based at the Przeworsk Municipal Cultural Centre.
What data we collect
The site has no forms, accounts or newsletter and uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting server (Hostinger International Ltd., servers in the EU) keeps standard logs: IP address, date, page address and browser type — for security and operation of the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
YouTube videos and Facebook links
Videos load from YouTube (Google) only after you press play, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); Google then processes data under its own terms. Facebook links lead to Meta Platforms. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Contacting the choir
If you call or message the choir, your data (e.g. phone number, message) is processed by the Veritas Choir of Nowosielce only to reply and arrange a performance.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to object, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
